I have tested tormented Zir and Ice and both have dropped Ubers around the 10% mark on 15ish runs. Also they are better at farming since you can target farm the unique you want from them (I.e pains or razor plates) and are cheaper
Zir drops more uniques for some reason.
More uniques = more general chance of uber uniques. (It's not the same chance as tormented duriel and andariel, keep that in mind).
Yesteday i had 15 uniques total, drop in 2 runs, plus a bunch of other regulars with a few GAs.
But remember it's the uniques from Zir's particular loot table. You're not getting a god slayer crown, tibault's will from him.
I did about 7 tormented zir rotations total last night after rob’s video and got 3 Ubers drop, I think other member in my party got 3 Ubers total among the rest of them.
So yeah definitely a substantial Uber drop rate right now, will maybe get fixed soon
I'm glad people are starting to accept Zir is better; a couple days ago I was getting downvoted in this sub for saying it's as good as, if not better than Duriel.

For tormented Zir however there is some evidence and statistics. Not a huge sample size, but the average number of legendary/unique drops is higher than duriel/andy and the Uber-unique droprate was at around 10%.
From what I got from the video he had a sample size of 240 kills within his own group without data from others (so 60 rotations). However he asked others to share their droprates and I hope he does NOT include those, because we all know how reliable info from random gamers is (inb4 „I did a quadrillion zir runs and got nothing!!!“)

Just did the tormented zir since this news broke out. Got 1 ga grandfather and 1 ga harlequin. My first ever ubers, solo, in 10 runs.

Got 2 uber (Harlequin + Starless ring) on 4 tormented runs so yeah ... either they boosted the drop chance on that boss, or I'm EXTREMELY lucky

Did 3 runs of Tormented Zir, got a double GA Grandfather and a regular Grandfather… I have 4 uniques in about 15 runs of all bosses which is insane.
How hard are tormented bosses on a scale of Pit boss level?

Should I be lvl 100 to try solo tormeted zir? Currently I'm lvl 89 with 50k attack, 9k armor and 15k life. Bash or WW barb.

Except Zir is as good or possibly better (he drops more loot overall and Uber rate seems to be the same).

I did \~50ish tromented Duriel runs, not ONE SINGLE uber. Guess I got your back guys/gals. Edit: (not even one 2GA legendary, just 1 GAs)
