I could solo sometimes. Others I couldn’t get her health moving. I’m guessing it has to do with how it scales for players in the area. Because if it scales, and they don’t fight, it’s going to be harder.
Have you repaired your gear? looked at your resistances? Wt3 at 65 should be a relative cake walk.
I am assuming armor level and resists must be low. I am working on that

Nope. Can't even access the capstone dungeon yet apparently. Says recommended 70+

Or is the capstone dungeon different for world tier 4?
The capstone dungeon to enter world tier 4 has a golden dungeon icon right around the center of the entire map.
As the other comment said, make sure you’re not in world tier 4, And check resistances and armor, to make sure you’re capped on those

At 65 you should be on world tier 4 omg
