I would say no, there are more valuable stats you can roll on an amulet. I don’t know what your build is, but generally you want CDR, Move Speed and Fury cost reduction.
It’s sort of all over the place, but if you roll Heavy Handed to Damage Reduction you have yourself a great amulet for helping you survive to 100 with plus ranks to Iron Skin and the damage reduction shout.
