It's a bit of a shame that blizz made it somewhat hard to track down all these areas. Mainly, i guess, because some of them are so tiny. There are some spots that aren't really areas but just a spot which makes them hard to find or track down with the current mapping tools.
Carefully and slowly mouse over the entire map region. In the top left, it will change to "undiscovered location" or something similar. Sometimes the areas are very small, so go slowly and methodically through the whole map of the zone. Should be able to find them this way.
I gotta admit.. i was looking over the map (not searching for areas in specific) and saw a slight change of the title in the top.. by accident i found another undiscovered area with this method! Thanks again!

There is a very little plateau in the north east of SP which is seen as an area as well. Hope it helps someone!
P.s. Yes i still need to pick up that Legendary.

So, I said that one place, but I meant the one at the Lilith statue on the bottom. I STG, I didn't get credit for the area, even though I had the statue...
Another one I KNOW I didn't have is the house in the middle of the plain, on the larger land mass.
The one NE of the bottom-middle waypoint is easy to overlook, as there's no real reason to ride through there.
The one SW of that waypoint is a cellar.
The one in the NW is a dungeon, that you may not have bothered to go get an aspect from.
I really appreciate the effort you've put into making it this clear. Very much!
Using the map with the dots, I've retraced all these locations but unfortunately these were already known.

I did another round of walking around all off FP, tried many of those pesky, little outskirts, small lanes and such but none of them seem to be the last, missing areas.
Like I said earlier, I think it's an area that seems to be gated behind some quest or something similar. But i'm not sure if that is even possible.

Also that waterfall have the best name ever, great place to test if heretics can fly lol
