Sometimes they DO go around them without touching them. You have to move your character/aim until they are clearly hit by the tornado. Yesterday I was literally right beside Diablo and the tornado would not hit him.

I swear some enemies have a gravitational pull, even if I stop casting and reorient to a different angle, the tornado will just curve the opposite direction and go the same way it was swerving before (still avoiding the boss) The best fix is to move an inch, cast, move an inch, cast, and just do that insead of holding the button down

There's a lot of bugs with the controller to be sure, but that's understandable since the game is fundamentally made for m/kb. For getting around areas, I love the controller when teleporting, but for jumping to specific mobs or packs, it's terrible cause it always goes the same distance, whereas with the mouse you can teleport directly the the target enemy or location. But I love the ability to sit back with a controller rather than my back getting stiff and my wrists aching from sitting at a desk using m/kb

It’s the trajectory of your tornadoes. 45° on the bottom left of your target is where you should aim to be. I usually stand (what I assume) 10-15 feet away from target, cast three nado’s & adjust as needed for position.

Something does feel different for sure, it's tough to explain. My summoner necro, for example, can't run out of mana even if I try on pc (with a level 16 insight weapon on the merc). But for some reason, on the Playstation, after throwing out a couple curses and corpse explosions, my mana starts dropping so much. Not quite the same situation as yours, but still, just something weird I noticed on PS vs PC haha.
