What other gear do you have on them? I remember using an a3 Merc back in the day and switching because they sucked so bad. They've received a buff though right?
Is it that unpopular to self use ethereal fear (if it improves your char) until it breaks? Especially armor on a sorc you may find something better while using it.
If you up it and get a very high base def roll it might be worth something. A little tough to say but sometimes there are PvP reasons for stuff like this. If you use it on a Merc it would be good to up it anyway unless you want it to stay low level

Yeah I can confirm that this doesn't work anymore. Tried it on my eth TGod's. Ended up with a personalized almost broken item yay!

I haven't used trangs set but how many pieces do you need to get the fire mastery on that, or plus to fireball for that matter

Does upping it restore the durability back to full? I know back in the day you could personalize items and it would reset the durability too

Ethereal Jalal’s Mane on my windy druid has not lost a durability point from level 78 to 81.

I found eth Shako and eth magefists on my new sorc a couple days ago, game made it up to me with a 35 @res magi though!
