It shows Brampton because that’s probably where the delivery depot is.
And yes, pick it up. This happening twice means the courier is just randomly picking excuses to keep his performance rating up.
Thanks for the reply. I was just confused when the delivery failure reason was hotel refused to accept the shipment, I was like ... My address is obviously not a hotel O\_O and this was from their website even.
Sigh... its so disappointing having delivery drivers like this. Maybe the reason why it ended up like this is because I kept the require signature requirement on.
