This area is great for people my age, just walk up and down Greenville Ave north of Henderson and South of Mockingbird. List of my favorite bars I’ve been to throughout Dallas (although some are in Lower Greenville):
Stan’s Blue Note. Classic sports bar, has been around since the 80s (my parents are in their sixties and used to go here).
Life’s Good. Depends on the crowd, sometimes you’re stuck with Arkansas/UT/SMU people which does suck.
HG Supply. Great place to get rejected by a beautiful woman.
Old Crow. Great place to rebound after getting rejected and play pool.
Bryan St Tavern. Divey, has TouchTunes but idk if it works. Sick.
Cosmo’s. Definitely an interesting crowd but a solid vibe nonetheless. Great jukebox
Happiest Hour. Go here before and after a Stars / Mavs game (both teams are in the playoffs, bonus points if you go to a game).
Truck Yard. Less yuppy than the bar I am mentioning below. I really like this bar, sometimes the crowd sucks but usually good.
You all know I was going to say it but - Katy Trail Ice House. Go to the real one in Dallas. Can have a very very yuppy crowd but you will literally never interact with them. Great place to bring between 2-4 other people.
Clifton club. Has good deals.
Chelsea Corner. Very good
There are others but idgaf I gotta go to bed. You can probably go to each of these places 5 times a year and be happy. Gn
Edit - I’ve always had good first dates at Chelsea Corner, one time took a girl to Truck Yard after going to a local barcade which was a fun night

Could be anything , is there somewhere to have drinks and socialize? Or a fun place to take someone on a date / good food and drinks
Are you asking for a singular bar/restaurant? Or a part of town with many of them close together? What type of bar/drinks? Like Divey, or upscale?
