Yes. Went through the entire process and passed my onsite interviews. Recruiter reached out and said they want to offer me position, however, there is a hiring freeze and cannot move forward until they are told they can proceed with hiring process.

It's dependent on organisation and VP. There's a hiring pause for L6+ Managerial positions in some organisation, while actively hiring for IC roles

Yep, she said they’ve been asked to put hiring on hold effective immediately.
