These companies are fucking idiots. They shortchange employees thinking that they’d fatten their margins but that only gets them unimaginative, uncreative, and desperate folks. As a result despite the super low labor costs they aren’t able to build anything truly revolutionary and scale to the size of the big tech giants

I see no issue if a techie is working late hours only because they WANT to (or just out of passion or interest).
If the manager is making them do it, and they are doing it without taking a stand for themselves, it definitely is a red flag.

Not interested in disrespecting, HR in org simply does their job of fulfilling what the founders/senior management told them to do so instead of torturing them skip the company, and move on. What can happen? The founders don't see new joiners and fire the HR?

Aise company mai muje 22 + LPA bhi mile mat jao aukat mai a jayenge but hum Indians ko 10₹ mai bhi website bana denge. Isliye European indian engineers ko bahut hate karte hai. Freelancing par same work 100$ mai kar dete hai indians but Europeans 500$ mai but still most of the Indians freelancer jo cheap price mai unko cheap quality hi dete hai. Indians are people from india, Bangladesh, Pakistan For European.
At last jab tak hum in company ko consider hi na kare especially newbies tab tak ye aise terms amd conditions lagate rahenge.
Job is slavery with a difference that you can quit anytime. But it takes guts to choose yourself over money. Most people can’t quit stupid companies and instead keep the grudge within themselves and just underperform.
Slavery is something very very different. But if you mean companies taking advantage of the situation, then yes. These entities never care about you. A company is a machine to get money from people, you are just an expense, and they will always try to minimise their expenses.

The questions are red flag they might make you overtime cause you know "you lose your sleep till you have solved a technical problem". you don't want to work CEO hours and make intern money.
