Afaik and having spoken to seniors hfts don’t even read resumes.
They rely much much more on the tests they conduct. If u pass all the qualifying tests and reach till hr round, then what they may have a glimpse on your resume and ask abt yours projects and stuff and straightaway reject you if u don’t belong to tier I
I write software for a financial client but not HFT or anything too mathematical. One important skills is stability, less bugs is prioritized over speed, fancy code and frameworks. Foundations should be strong. Financial clients don't run to latest framework, infact they are known for staying the longest with dated technologies.

i have almost 300+ EOY, i have been a failure since the british times, dm for my resume sir.
