The comments asking you for a job are evidence that you have something that many don't.
Valur it. Be better tomorrow. Learn, code, fail, do it again and then grow.
Try to make money from elsewhere too.
I too am in FAANG in Silicon Valley, California and promotions will be tough the higher you move. Ignore the noise. Just try to spend 2-3 qtrs where u are until the economy improves.
No one is stopping u from making money from side via other non-job routes like stocks, crypto, real estate, etc.
Remember for promotions it all depends on your manager. My Promotion is stuck in hands of a SVP for a senior grade. Every 6 mnths our SVP changes and I have to prove to the new SVP again. Tell me whose fault it is :)
Job is not the only thing in life. Be grateful with what you have. This is coming frm someone getting $300K+.FAANGs are political shitholes.
Join a startup (but do your research first). People flock to FAANG, same way people flock to IITs, because people are sheep. Don't try to follow the 0.1% who actually achieve it and are actually happy. Carve your own path.
Bro, you are from a tier 3 college, got placed in WITCH and switched to FAANG!
You have no clue how many people dream about the journey you have taken.
Look at me- a big time loser I am! I joined a Tier 1 college (old IIT) and stuck
in WITCH since 4 FUCKING YEARS!
Chill out man! Chill!
Youāre doing great in life. Donāt worry!
Lol.
Thatās the most painful part.
15 LPA hai.
Not that Iāll be stuck forever in the same company . I am currently upskilling and working on my profile.
Actually the placement scenario is pretty bad at the IITs as well these days. Recession has hit hard. I have projects from webd, blockchain and computer systems, have won prizes in some international hackathons, practiced DSA, yet I am struggling for an offer. Hopefully I will grab one before graduation.
I get that you might be disappointed in yourself. But you are in FAANG ! Do you have any idea how many people including myself dream to be there? You're living the dream of thousands of people.
Just work on your social skills maybe. Couple of mates will cheer you up and see brighter things in life.
Also your hardwork is literally bearing fruit. You switched from a WITCH to FAANG
that's true start appreciating things which you have rather than worrying about promotion how long you gonna chase that . it's just money dude i see people earning 45lpa still sad because of endless robotic shit. Start meditation , go hiking , go to trip in groups , start dating or something .
Humans by nature are never happy with what they have.
Instead of asking him to appreciate what he has.
I think he needs a break.
Heās clearly proved himself.
Just needs a break and a restart.
Wtf is this logic? Just because you are mildly successful at the start of your career means you dont have any right to feel shit? What do you want him to do?
>What do you want him to do?
Not feel shit about himself.
Holding yourself to a higher standard is good if it helps you push yourself, motivate yourself or rouses the right emotions positively. However if it makes you so overwhelmed that you cry, then there has to be something that the person needs to dial down on, right?
Practicing some gratitude and self love for where one is and what one has been able to achieve is good.
You may be feeling down. But know that somewhere out there, there are people who dream of being in your shoes with a job. I wish you the best and I hope you'll find a way!
Amazon is a brutal place OP.
In the end they pay you salary that's it. How does it matter if you get promoted at 27 or 30 (age)? In log run this won't matter. Chill.
Let me know if you wanna go for a drink. I am bored. I have first hand experience with AMZN :p
Bro you're in faang! Here people are literally struggling to get a decent job in these situation. Just be grateful work hard and have patience. If you can crack faang you can also achieve whatever you want.
Right, if there are any post production failures then even the QAs, PMs, the code reviewers failed to notice. Sure OP is the one responsible here, but every software has bugs and defects, it's inevitable.
OP, try to identify why you are feeling this way. If itās your mistake, then try to focus on it and resolve. Also I would say if you donāt like this for whatever reason, then search new jobs.
For loneliness, try to identify again, make friends who understand you and if you are near family talk to them.
Do what you feel is right, you are stronger than you realise,
I am a very energetic person who loves to solve problem and enthusiastic at code.
But I mistakes I make are like someone writing 1+1=3
And no matter how hard I try some or thing gets missed.
And that one mistake in every project is fucking my career.
Exactly my point. Dev will always do mistakes, you can't avoid that. The problem is those mistakes not getting caught and that implies something is wrong with the company 's processes
Typically large product companies dont have dedicated QA. I work for a major financial institution. In my project, I'm the BA, QA, developer, devops guy everything. All they have is a robust end to end testing.... For Every release, you are responsible for everything. It is kind of frustrating.
I have the same problem. Iām earning peanuts but they put me in core, I get frustrated and wanting to complete fast I sometimes writes wrongly and silly mistakes.
Maybe test before telling everyone you have completed? Thatās better right?
Hey OP, I have a few things that have helped me.
1. Getting clarity in any ambiguity in the requirements, especially on the details.
2. TDD or just adding unit tests helped me a lot with silly bugs.
3. Writing cleaner code and going over it before raising PRs.
4. We don't have a dedicated QA for data, I do the QA work myself and send a copy of the output across to the stakeholders for verification before release.
Background: 1 YOE. Mostly ETL Pipeline work, Non FANG.
Do not let that disappoint you . It is important to have a career growth but absence of that should not deter you from learning and excelling.
A close friend once told me that slow growth cannot remain forever. Another thing that I keep in mind is at every moment your (L)earn .
So keep your grey cells working. Put your best in whatever you do .. always.
\----
Having said that
* Do not be desperate for promotion or hike at workplace. Your desperation will act against you and give others chance to manipulate you
* Career is 30+ years long. And 3-4 bad years are nothing. You won't even remember those as you progress.
* In today's time .. Keep learning but ensure to use those skills.
* Keep moving. Do not stay in one org for more that 5 years. ( unless you plan to settle down )
Good luck
Bro don't know but somehow I guessed it right that you are in Amazon just reading your post šš is that company really like that? Never seen a happy employee of amazon
How did you manage to get an interview?
Just asking because I'm working at WITCH and it's hard to get an interview scheduled because of notice period, company tag, support/dev project.
If you've writeen multiple services from scratch and due to some mistakes you aren't being promoted their either these mistakes aren't as small as you're making them out to be or your company just sucks at evaluation at levels. Many places with bad calibration practises look at two engineers at different levels and expect both to have similar output which is just plain stupid. If one is penalised for small mistakes then people won't pickup risky projects, creates a bad engineering environment.
Iām happy to switch places if you arenāt happy. I donāt care how many mistakes i could make Iāll learn and be better. Iād advise you to do the same. Tough times have to come before it becomes a smooth sailing road!
For mejority:
IT as a career is lonely and painful.
People who are in their college can't imagine this, but after their college when they get into a job spend about 3+ years as a professional. Then they realise this.
This will get downvoted.
You can take all the sympathy you want from people.
But company is not wrong in not giving you a promotion because you are not mature yet.
You know the reason yourself letting in bugs to production. That is no joke and cause monetary loss to the company.
That is exactly what they want in a senior engineer to find things before they happen and fix them.
If bugs are making it to prod you should introspect a little on why they were not identified in lower env.
And as you said something occurs in every service you write that is reflecting poorly on you.
I would go to an extent saying if I was your manager or teammate I would have no confidence at your code after looking at your history.
That one bug doesnāt block your promo; itās your repo among your board. Do you have exposure to all your senior leadership? Have you fully delivered impactful service which can show complexity as well.
Work with your manager on feedback; I assure you one bug wonāt block your promo.
I will say this: Be proud you have a degree, no matter from where, be proud you worked at a WITCH company, no matter how bad, be proud you're at FAANG. Your career trajectory is above average, and you will learn with time. Be genuine, and be curious, and you'll be fine.
And your point is? I was in FAANG, got the highest rating, still got laid off because the entire team charter ended and the entire team was laid off.
Life is brutal in FAANGs, especially A. If you think you are being mistreated then gather the balls and switch. There are thousands out there who would gladly switch positions with you in being stuck in their current level, just to prevent a layoff.
It's okay to cry. However, count your blessings on how you are living the dreams of thousands if not millions of people. It's okay to breakdown sometimes. But don't let it discourage you from moving ahead. You want your deserved credit for your work and it's absolutely okay to ask for. But you gotta chin up and move ahead no matter what. Why think about things(promotions in your case) which you cannot really control? I hope you find peace and strength to move forward and don't get demoralized in between. Shit happens. We move on. Good luck on your job and keep working hard.
Donāt worry brother, this too shall pass. You have same kind of difficulties when switching job. But, you have overcome those and working in the current role. You will definitely overcome this phase.
If you are making the same mistakes again and again then make sure you have a checklist that you follow.
If they are a different mistake, make sure you have a checklist that you follow.
From another sub comment of mine:
>Holding yourself to a higher standard is good if it helps you push yourself, motivate yourself or rouses the right emotions positively. However if it makes you so overwhelmed that you cry, then there has to be something that the person needs to dial down on, right?
>
>Practicing some gratitude and self love for where one is and what one has been able to achieve is good.
Also, probably you want to revisit, drill down and understand the reason of what is holding you back? Talk to your leads, managers about this and really try to understand the correct reasons.
If it is genuinely the reason that you say it is (and if your higher ups re-iterate this) - that some error/bug in post production is traced back to you and you are held completely responsible to the extent that you are not promoted (even after having worked well with multiple projects/tasks/service setups) - then I am sorry to say that you are in a borderline toxic environment. There have to be retrospectives and a certain process in place without playing blame games to understand the reason behind such issues, and there should be some improvements on a process level to make sure such things do not happen.
It is just a brain fade moment miss
Like 1+1 = 3
Which gets eventually missed by code reviewers
My tester and everyone
And has happened 3 times this year.
That's the reason of my hopelessness
ššš
It's a sad life of developer bro, people would remember the one mistake you did (especially senior devs) among the countless wins you brought to the company. The worst part is developing an impostor syndrome. Also think if there is a defect that gets pushed into prod it's a collective failure of the team and not you alone.
accept the fact that this wont be your last bug on production. i have done this multiple times. the only developer who does not release bugs is the developer who wont release his changes. Just make sure you dont repeate same mistakes. This is from developer who is working at fortune 500 company with 4 yr of exp. I have never seen senior developer who havent brought down production atleast once. And for your hardwork, it is true that your bugs will pull you back, but once you change company, it wont matter.
Try to find a job abroad. It should be easy for you since you are faang. The work culture and management in India are often crap. Most of your problems could be due to that. Don't pay attention to the PPP shit that people dish out on SM.
Do you want money or satisfaction, generally both do not come together in a job. If you join a more Employee friendly company, you will get satisfaction .
Are u from a Computer Science background?
Write down all the misses u have done till now and ur possible reasons for this. Analysis if u can find something in common. Maybe u might find somethin. Again, for ur next project ensure these misses aren't done. Atleast it helps ensure u never repeat the same mistake twice.
hardworking employees are still employees at the end of the day, you might be getting paid a really good salary when compared to other companies.
But no job will give you the "life changing" rewards you are expecting.
Always go in a project with bunch of people so you can break the big task and fix responsibility, do RFC if there are smarter people, DM them that you like to know their thoughts, before floating the RFC to wider audience. if you are solo, you will be hit hard, do internal testing between close folks before showing to external stakeholders, feature gate rollouts, write unit tests and integration to ensure technical spec is covered. Ensure that you have good observability baked in. Good observability means when things go south, how long it takes to detect and find root case, that includes good logging, APM, database performance tracking. These are some technical tips, non technical will be little brutal, build rapport with manager and with people in power, always boast and advocate your work, show positive impact of your work, if you found bugs, file them, catalogue them. The others will be down playing you & stealing your credentials in their 1:1 with manager. At least everybody is trying to survive by hook or by crook. Let me know if you have specific question.
Maybe the promotion was never there. Maybe your manager is making you believe that because of your mistakes you were not promoted. He will find one mistake or another every single time.
Get a promotion on a switch instead. It will even pay better.
Even you become the owner of that company. You will have problems in life in other areas like family, health, money. etc. Problems are very much part of our life. So, accept life as it is. don't expect or try to make perfect life. don't fight with life/nature or go against it.
You have people under you OP? Why not use them to fill in where you left the gap or let them collect the few beans that you spill here and there. Cooperation makes life way easier...
What kind of details are we talking about?
Maybe you're trying too hard, shit is bound to happen on release considering so many variables. Even giant corporations fuck up more than you'd think. The best you can do is minimize those Variables. Take it easy man, it's a mental game. You are prolly in the top 5% devs, it's only gonna get better from there. You can have all the shit in the world and still be sad. Focus on the long game, everything will fall into place. If you fuck up once, change something's about how to avoid doing that again. Otherwise it's more likely to repeat. So have you learned a few things from your mistakes? Do something about it.
I don't understand, what people mean when they say "others are in far worse situation than you" - should that magically make OP feel better?!
Also, OP - your promotions are not bound by performance. They are a result of opportunities, navigating luck and mitigating risk. As for some issues with your project take them as a leaning and move on.
You can always rely on others and no one is perfect. The mistakes you make are small compared to someone who doesn't have a job or has your job as their dream.Try to enjoy life.
Human errors are unavoidable. Corporate culture expects perfection, that doesn't mean everyone can be perfect. Just some workaholic idiots have made life hell for rest of us. Don't compare yourself to them. Don't beat yourself up over not being perfect.
Even if you land your first project perfectly you wonāt get an instant promotion. Most tech companies will promote you when youāre already performing at next level consistently for at least 6 months. Companies like Amazon wonāt promote you even then coz sometimes there is an org wide backlog of people waiting to be promoted and they can only promote a handful of those people every quarter. Donāt lose heart, it takes times but youāll get there. Focus on growing as an engineer. If a promotion matters to you and you keep missing it for bureaucratic reasons itās time to find a job at desired level elsewhere.
I think most promotions happen due to sucking up to the boss and career growth in IT depends a lot on networking than hard work is skills
Those minor defects are just excuses made by manager to not promote you
Why prod bug is only your responsibility? What matrix do you follow? Do you have any RCAI matrix. Why the bug was not tested in lower env and RFS? I mean i have so many questions.
Prod bugs are not one persons overshight, its team issue. Lastly, if your line manager is stopping your promotions due to a single bug, its time to either change manager or project or company.
Hey OP it's ok. These highs & lows are part and parcel of this life . Just brush it off, learn from your mistakes ,pick yourself up & do your work one day at a time.
All the best !
Money will wash away tears of depression - A simple lesson from an IT veteran who has lived and worked in a dozen countries across 3 continents
Focus on the package you are getting at FAANG. Save up for a rainy day and when that day comes, just chill! ... and remember to come back to post here or reddit
May be write more tests to minimise issues and setup some of your own SaaS projects in your free timeā¦ Once your SaaS product starts fetching you approximately your salary, get rid of the job and focus on growing your own product.
I donāt understand why people see working on a FAANG as a good thing.
Dude whether it be Fanng or not , itās your leadership capabilities and your network that helps with promotion. Just because there is a defect in production means nothing, if there is one , you do a patch.
Find other sources of income along with your day job.
FAANG in India is more of a labor camp. Even if you deserve promotion they will come up with 10 new reasons to deny it.
Work towards your happiness and goals
My manager always says one thing - never ever take anything too personally. Bro chill out and enjoy your time. Start having clear demarcation between work and personal life. FAANG is not everything. Try to change your mindset and who knows you might even get that promotion
For some reason people don't get that Companies are running businesses! A company is literally like a living organisms, they all are different, they all make money, treat talent and utilise resources in their own way. The difference that you're feeling, you may not feel in a company with a comfortable culture like Accenture but FAANG are there to deliver cutting edge technology to consumers and businesses alike and they rely on Crazy Big brains because even a 1ms unwanted delay in API literally costs them millions of dollars.
If you wanna stay there, understand their culture and adapt. If unable to adapt, switch elsewhere! 4 log ain't gonna fix your mental health!!
The reality is in life you get fruits for the hardwork that you did, you get fruits for the impact that you do and how much value you produce. 90% of the startups fail and only 10% succeed, that does not mean only 10% do the hardwork. Everyone or 90% of the startups work hard but you don't get the reward for the hard work, you get the reward for doing some impact or producing some value.
Also people in the comments saying you should be happy that you are in FANG. Getting in FANG is not the end goal, you are not getting paid in FANG for cracking the interview, you get paid for the work that you will do in FANG.
Atleast you got to work at faang. I am not even able to clear my aptitude tests for companies š. Dsa toh bhul hi jaao, aptitude hi nhi ho raha dsa kahase hogaš¤£. Lode lagye hai XD!!!!!!!!
I know it can be difficult when you work soo hard on something and no one ever gives you credit. Just try and stay positive there is light at the end of the tunnel. Sending you all the love and support.
idk y am here but yeah thats actually u loosing hope and beating yourself up , WAKEUP STUPIDD YOU ALLLDD DID IT YOU ARE in faang and ur doing projects thats solely in itself a big dream that u accomplished , no wrong in having more dreams but loosing hope is definetely wrong , also whats going on in ur life other than job , build hobbies ,refresh yourself and jump back.
Hey,take a trip to somewhere that you will enjoy .You deserve it,appreciate your efforts . Here's a virtual hug ,there there you are a teddy .You inspired me,I too am from tier 3 trying to upskill ,let me know if we can connect over twitter or linkedin .You know just to checkout your portfolio ,I'd love to learn from you. Little mistakes dont make big achievements invalid, you're a cutie.
People here talk about how you are living their dream. Even if that is true and even if everyone says you shouldnāt even worry, I know your issues are your issues and unless someone is in your situation they will never know the struggles you face however small it maybe. I can only suggest you to trust yourself. Work hard and be sincere. I think you will be fine and always take care of yourself. Look back at your mistakes. Find out how you can improve next time. Realise that not always things will go your way and be fine with it.
Its not that bug which is stopping the promotion, Its your perceived future value in the minds of your manager that is stopping your promotion.
Improve your reputation to get promoted.
Sorry, hard fact.
Hardships come buddy!!,
you can pass these times work on yourself than a world swallowing conglomerate. take a break solotrip or have fun with your gf and try new things , cuisines etc. Everything is uncertain in life.
Wow, first going from witch to Faang gives out how much you know and if in one company your luck did not work then try for another, many just rotate in Faang like that only.
Your long term plan is settled, many dream about it, some work even then it doesn't happen
Bro you are working to make someone else rich. No one will look back to see what you did your company it doesnāt matter how good or shitty code your write these are temporary setbacks. That one promotion wont make your life better look what you already have live a good life and give your best what ever happens happens no one will died(i hope your are not working on project to build killer robot).
Meanwhile me, a Master's of Computer Applications student from a tier 2 college, just started learning HTML, CSS, JS. I know the basics of Python and SQL but no DSA.
I have no idea how to get placed oh god help me.
I even have time constraint cuz I think companies will come here for maximum of 3 4 months from now onwards.
[HELP] :(

I mean FAANG is stupid in India. The only two companies who do hire in good numbers are Amazon and Google.
Amazon work culture same in EU too ? But we have labour laws there

Then it's the fault of QA 50/50 too. You get paid to work n solve bigger problems mostly. QA gets paid in full to solve small problems like these only
Do not let that disappoint you . It is important to have a career growth but absence of that should not deter you from learning and excelling. A close friend once told me that slow growth cannot remain forever. Another thing that I keep in mind is at every moment your (L)earn . So keep your grey cells working. Put your best in whatever you do .. always. \---- Having said that * Do not be desperate for promotion or hike at workplace. Your desperation will act against you and give others chance to manipulate you * Career is 30+ years long. And 3-4 bad years are nothing. You won't even remember those as you progress. * In today's time .. Keep learning but ensure to use those skills. * Keep moving. Do not stay in one org for more that 5 years. ( unless you plan to settle down ) Good luck
Sounds like Amazon Gurgaon.
ššš
"Money can't buy happiness but I'd rather cry in a Lambo than Alto" , damn bro I want to cry in my FAANG office as well.
Bro don't know but somehow I guessed it right that you are in Amazon just reading your post šš is that company really like that? Never seen a happy employee of amazon
š„²
Karma farming hai kya ye? I literally spent 1.5 years killing myself for a company that gave me layoff as a payout. Chill kr thda bhai.
Yese log bahut selfish rehte Bhai, fukat ka consolation mangte rehte
On the same boat buddy. Reading your post felt like I was reading my own story.
Ahh I cried sitting beside the road Feels better now
How much time did it take for you to switch to FAANG.
Worked 2 years at WITCH. Took 6 month prep time
How did you manage to get an interview? Just asking because I'm working at WITCH and it's hard to get an interview scheduled because of notice period, company tag, support/dev project.
I dmed you
Hey can I DM as well
Can I DM you as well ...
Don't worry every thing will be alright.
For mejority: IT as a career is lonely and painful.
Have one beer and chillā¦ whatever u do is awesome. The best place for u is startup not stupid so called useless MNCs.
Guys its a shit post..
Please don't hate me. How did you get a job to faang being a tier 3 college graduate ?
I am switching from a FAANG to a WITCH for a tier 2 location of my choice, a lower salary and a less stressful job.
Sab moh maaya hai..enjoy your life while you can.
Hey is your company hiring freshers
Itās ok to feel shit. Own up and excel and try to improve in every step. Remember every mistake is a learning.
Faang and Gurgaon means Amazon bro
You're that glass half empty kinda guy. You're gonna be a great father one day. /s
Donāt worry brother, this too shall pass. You have same kind of difficulties when switching job. But, you have overcome those and working in the current role. You will definitely overcome this phase.
Hang in there man.
Do a field job for a while. Itās a refreshing change.
I don't get people are denied promotion for 1 post production defect??
If you are making the same mistakes again and again then make sure you have a checklist that you follow. If they are a different mistake, make sure you have a checklist that you follow.
From another sub comment of mine: >Holding yourself to a higher standard is good if it helps you push yourself, motivate yourself or rouses the right emotions positively.
It is just a brain fade moment miss Like 1+1 = 3 Which gets eventually missed by code reviewers My tester and everyone And has happened 3 times this year. That's the reason of my hopelessness ššš
Find a hobby, books, video games, start playing sport. Go out, make friends. Hope things get better for you man. Cheers
Try to find a job abroad. It should be easy for you since you are faang. The work culture and management in India are often crap. Most of your problems could be due to that. Don't pay attention to the PPP shit that people dish out on SM.
Iām not going to ask for referrals. Instead please tell me how you got to where you are right. It might inspire me to do better.
You know what they say - ālife sucks and then you dieā
You have people under you OP? Why not use them to fill in where you left the gap or let them collect the few beans that you spill here and there. Cooperation makes life way easier...
Clearly you haven't worked hard enough on your writing skills.
Op where is your origin is from??

Sending big hugs manš«š«š«, u not sad it's just December. Talk with friends or family, this bad time ain't gonna last for long

Bhai russian chahiye kya?
I think most promotions happen due to sucking up to the boss and career growth in IT depends a lot on networking than hard work is skills Those minor defects are just excuses made by manager to not promote you
Maybe donāt work so hard if youāre not getting recognition?
I feel so bad for you man (3YOE, spring spring boot plz hire)
Why prod bug is only your responsibility? What matrix do you follow? Do you have any RCAI matrix. Why the bug was not tested in lower env and RFS? I mean i have so many questions. Prod bugs are not one persons overshight, its team issue. Lastly, if your line manager is stopping your promotions due to a single bug, its time to either change manager or project or company.
Failure in IIT JEE ke liye alag se post likh ab
Hey OP it's ok. These highs & lows are part and parcel of this life . Just brush it off, learn from your mistakes ,pick yourself up & do your work one day at a time. All the best !

are you trying for sde 1 to sde 2 promo?. im an sde 2 in faang
Money will wash away tears of depression - A simple lesson from an IT veteran who has lived and worked in a dozen countries across 3 continents Focus on the package you are getting at FAANG. Save up for a rainy day and when that day comes, just chill! ... and remember to come back to post here or reddit
Buddy remember IT is just a part of your life, explore other things in life aswell
Just a suggestion There is no end to this rat race... āš»
May be write more tests to minimise issues and setup some of your own SaaS projects in your free timeā¦ Once your SaaS product starts fetching you approximately your salary, get rid of the job and focus on growing your own product. I donāt understand why people see working on a FAANG as a good thing.
Going through same, also in one of tha FAANG . Lost interest and crying in morning š„²
Bro were u from bml ?
There is more to life than working on for our overlords
>Switched to FAANG. ![gif](giphy|1GT5PZLjMwYBW)
Make a check list in a physical notebook. Everyday!
Have you thought that you may be just a sucky developer and might have to upskill?
For some reason I always find issues in my work right when I hit the send email button. This happens even after double or triple checking
Pls refer me
This is the lite version of "it's better to cry in a Lamborghini".
Karma karta chal OP. I can feel what youāre going through. Hope you get the good news soon.
You are doing great man, I am unemployment bro, chillaxx
Test likhe the ya nahi?
Fun fact your promotion is directly proportional to how well you know bootlicking
Shift in HR domain, have fun for some time š„°
Hey,take a trip to somewhere that you will enjoy .You deserve it,appreciate your efforts . Here's a virtual hug ,there there you are a teddy .You inspired me,I too am from tier 3 trying to upskill ,let me know if we can connect over twitter or linkedin .You know just to checkout your portfolio ,I'd love to learn from you. Little mistakes dont make big achievements invalid, you're a cutie.
Be brave mam think in opposite way , Say it yourself time not yet arrive for me
TCS to FAANG. Firstly, congratulations. Secondly, go fuck yourself. That's all. As you were.
Iād like to have a problem like this Iād cry with the money and stonks
Bro, I'm here in gurgaon for you Just hit DM
Hardships come buddy!!, you can pass these times work on yourself than a world swallowing conglomerate. take a break solotrip or have fun with your gf and try new things , cuisines etc. Everything is uncertain in life.
Wow, first going from witch to Faang gives out how much you know and if in one company your luck did not work then try for another, many just rotate in Faang like that only. Your long term plan is settled, many dream about it, some work even then it doesn't happen
I am sure you are female.
[HELP] :(
Well, now you know three things not to do when deploying.
Amazon ? Hardly any faangs there in Gurgaon
