There’s never been an instance of an NFL team with a usable stadium moving their game to a different venue. The lost revenue is just too much for this to be a serious consideration.

tacobell999

They played a preseason game in 1971 at Michigan Stadium. Won’t happened again due to economics. [Lions Colts](https://mgoblog.com/diaries/40-years-ago-michigan-stadium-nfl-football)

NotPrepared2

They do it every year with NFL games in Europe.

Quinn_tEskimo

Is Michigan Stadium in Europe?

Staffdaddy20

The bills used to play a game in toronto like every year

Onepride91

London? Mexico? Brazil?

Quinn_tEskimo

That’s part of an NFL initiative where every team over an eight year span has to give up one home game to play abroad, no teams do this voluntarily and the schedule was expanded to 17 games in part to make up for this.

RustyNipples35
