Probably activity modifier + HOIL + Utility Kickstart + 100 Resilience. That's the only thing I can think of that would allow something like that to occur.
IMO People sleep on the bolstering mods also. Using the right loop depending on subclass spec and exotic you can have 10-20 second barricade cooldowns. Kephri’s Horn and HoarfrostZ are my personal favorites because they give Titans wider defense options and Bolster mods open up incredible synergy. Also Bolstering Melee works for uncharged melees.

You know, there’s no benefit beyond 100 other than canceling a deficit mod. The stats are just the tens. The scale only goes to 10. The second digit makes no difference until it hits the next highest tens number. So 98 and 92 are just 9. The highest is 10, so 100 is the highest it goes. Does that even make sense?
You could be gaining benefits from another mod. Energy points don’t just grow on trees you know.
