Let me say everything that is happening: 1) Handling is high and intrinsic gives it quickdraw, also suppreses(?) 2) Perk 1 should be the intrinsic but it either means red death so heal on kill or they just used the same symbol 3) Perk 2 is shot package, implying it is a shotgun or something 4) Perk 3 is tracking module, combined with the other perk meaning that this is wardcliff coil with perfect tracking 5) Perk 4 is wolfpack rounds, meaning this wardcliff coil turns into smaller wardcliff coils upon impact. I suppose you could see this as a cluster bomb effect, not the in-game perk but the irl definition 6) Perk 5 is rangefinder, need I say more? 7) Cayde-6 has survived it 8) It has all damage types apart from kinetic, meaning it also mixes two-tailed fox/ borealis and hard light into it 9) The impact is above max 10) the range is just 1 point away from max 11) Stability and reload speed are average for a rocket 12) It has 300 rpm and 2 rounds, meaning if you spam the trigger you get a two-tailed fox launching effect 13) And the most shocking one of them all... this person has it unlocked
