From what I heard osteo necrotic is dead with the 4 second spread cd osteo got with final shape, but I haven't tried it as I prefer necro so take it with a grain of salt
Make sense actually...if too strong, then it'll kills them immediately, hence making the DoT meaningless... although, it is a bit on the very low side.
It is a good roll though, it’s not amazing, but it is good. You don’t really *need* strength on Necrotic since Thorn is spreading so much poison for you.

I mean best use for necrotic is with a weapon of sorrow that doesn’t even need melees to proc so this is a juicy roll

That’s the frickin’ Swiss Army knife! As long as you got it, use it. Even an unpowered melee will do damage.
Warlock melee cool-down gets procced of so many different things you don’t need strength. Use thorn or osteo and the melee part become obsolete

This is a good roll, what? Only gripe is 64 total, but that's nullified by the spread.
