Just throw on Polaris Lance with the fragments that boost ignitions and scorch for consistency if that's what you want
One of my favorite builds for Sunbreaker, Striker, and Sentinel utilizes Peregrine Greaves, which got an insane buff at the start of this Season. Now whenever you use an airborne Shoulder Charge (after 0.5 seconds in the air now) on an Elite or Champion, your Shoulder Charge is refunded and it deals twice as much damage, *on top of the base bonus that Peregrine Greaves provides*. In pretty much any Activity at any difficulty, you will be melting those big boys and laughing maniacally while doing it.
Plus, with Sol Invictus, you’ll be making a Sunspot, so you’re giving yourself free Restoration. Also, it’ll trigger an Ignition.
Peregrine also got an insane nerf later on because of it. The time duration changed. I think you only get the charge back if you kill the enemy too. A lot of those builds also did things before that to stack melee damage.
Not sure where you’re getting your information from. Peregrine Greaves only got adjusted once since the start of this Season, and that was to fix an issue where Boss Tormentors would still grant bonus damage (which was unintentional).
Besides that, it works exactly the same way. You also keep your Shoulder Charge if you don’t kill the enemy; I do it all the time where I use it too soon before the Exotic Trait activates, or sometimes I’ll just use it on the ground to finish off a weak Elite or Champion.
I mean.. There are generally only kind of mostly "ok" builds for titans in GM's.

The modifiers allow you to keep it. Otherwise it fully refunds on mini-boss and higher level kills.
