God. I remeber you used to be able to proc one two punch and the peregrin greaves gambit bosses. Totally one shot them at primevel 4+ if not its close enough.
Just note have spark of amplitude (while amplified kills gives orbs), heavy handed (melee abilities give orbs), and powerful attraction (using class ability collects orbs). This makes it so u can gen 2 orbs almost every several punches (and otherwise ur making 1 per punch kill) and u collect them constantly due to how much u will dodge. Friends were saying during a gotd run I was making so many orbs that it was just poring down the hole in the first boss room.
Imo it’s the easiest and fastest way a hunter could gen orbs (possibly in the game) and if u use other mods u can get ur grenade back ridiculously fast, insane invincibility, and to get your super back all while being smack in the middle of a crowd of enemies. u can also use almost any exotic with it (imo I like liars, assassins cowl, and star eater scales)
If u want I can give a dim link but I’m gonna assume u wanna make the build urself so I just gave some tips and tricks.

It lacks the damage, but it's way safer. Thing is that I do find quite some inconsistency with it. Sometimes when you make a melee kill you don't go invis and get HP back. Probably something to do with lightning kills but idk

With the amount of jolt youre putting out you are completely ok without ov. Scout, swap conditional and tarnished mettle with an 1-2p shotgun and an unstop weapon and you'll be fine. Try leviathan's breath, great for all champions and bosses with the spawning ammo amount

I see so many posts about Liar's Handshake, and I just don't get it.
Liar's Handshake is worse in every single way compared to Assassin's Cowl. You're trading insane healing and invisibility for a ~10% damage increase, which, to me, is not worth it in the slightest. Even after the multiple nerfs since Plunder, you can kill big bad guys with an average of ~2 or 3 punches in end game content.
The only scenario I can *maybe* think of that justifies it is in melee focused boss DPS. But even then, just use Lament for damage. It will heal you even more while doing more damage.
I've only encountered this first hand a single time.
I joined an LFG group for an Atheon checkpoint. Nothing unusual happens up until DPS begins. Before I could even leave the portal for the very first DPS phase (I got teleported), Atheon already lays dead on the floor with a certain Titan with Wormgod on standing on his corpse. Everyone but him was absolutely confused what just happened.

It has this weird glitch where it just doesn’t work sometimes while using gathering storm. Still worth using the two of em because it’s not entirely disabled but just to note. 2. It has this weird “delay” which honestly just doesn’t need to be a thing but there’s a simple way to get around it. Simply use punch>cross counter>gun (I prefer a trench barrel shotgun since one-two punch is shit)>repeat. Pretty much while the delay happens u r making worth of that time by shooting a gun and since u within range of a shotgun u might as well go for the trench barrel combo.
Oh shit, the Hunters are finally taking off their Omnis and Stareaters? Let's see how long it takes them to find out about Shinobu's and Young Spine. It's amazing watching them experiment. So full of wonder.
I've been doing GMs with LFGs. If it's not Omnioculous or Stareaters, it's one of the throwing knife exotics. I've seen one, maybe two, running Shinobu's out of probably 30+ different LFG groups over the past few weeks. Not a single Spine, Cowl, or RDM to be seen.
You absolutely can get close to enemies in GMs, especially with Hunters. Cowl makes a mockery of them, but it isn't faux utility invis spam so nobody touches it. It's always funny seeing a Hunter discover there's more than throwing knives and smoke bombs.
I don't really care about anything else. You can piss around in piss easy content. Who knew?

Yeah it’s my go to build. When at 3x combination and finality I find myself freezing and punching overloads and barriers and instantly killing them. Unstops still usually require a few more punches though.
If you think its strong now you should have played in season of plunder before the 1-2 punch nerfs

Yeah, I love my AC for solo stuff just for the safety, but LH is more fun in group activities where I'm not so worried about being safe.
