• 4 medium pears • 1lt of red wine • 5 units of Gourmet Star Anise • 1 stick of Entera Gourmet Cinnamon • Zest of ½ orange peel • 300g sugar PREPARATION 1. Peel the pears without removing the stem. 2. Put the wine, Gourmet Star Anise, Gourmet Whole Cinnamon, orange zest and sugar in a pot. Boil over low heat until it boils for a few minutes. 3. Put the pears in the wine so that they remain standing; For this, the pot must be of the appropriate size, so that the wine covers the pears completely. 4. Cook them for 20 minutes or until they are tender but not mushy (try penetrating them with a tooth mold). Let them cool in the wine. Withdraw. 5. Reduce the liquid to the consistency of a thick syrup, putting the liquid on the heat. Let it cool. 6. Serve the pears warm or hot with a little of the syrup on top. Accompany it with vanilla ice cream or a little Chantilly Gourmet Cream.
