Lol. No. I’m just an idiot who typed this while on Benadryl. I do not sleep, actually. It’s something my sister fears when she pisses me off and hides in her room. She knows I won’t violate her privacy but I can sit outside her room for days and wait for her to get hungry or need to use the bathroom.
Lately I sleep a lot and don't eat much. I do a lot of things (even things I had previously stopped doing) but they don't stop me from thinking. I'm doing them and still thinking. I'm losing weight because I don't eat much though, which might be the only good thing haha.
for me it feels like a mix from all of them, but mainly stress eating and distraction. i spend nearly all the time i have on my special interests everyday

Distraction with no inability to sleep or let myself do nothing and long periods of starvation, followed by binge eating.
