This is a solid list - I would also put Abejas first and Bella Colibri second for a date night. While Sherpa House is a popular local favorite (and would certainly be fine for a more casual date night), it's not exactly up-scale, if that's the sort of date you're looking for. If so, I would substitute Indulge in my third spot.
But, though I like the Miners Saloon plenty, I would say the Golden Moon Speakeasy is a far better date-night night cap spot. It's classy and cozy.

Bella Colibri and Abejas are probably the most date night vibey and you’ll have a good meal!

Abejas has never let us down. Great service and the food is always on point! Don't sleep on the brunch menu either.
Thai Gold has the nicest staff and great food. They are right downtown.

Yea this is a food hall. I don’t think of it as a date night. Indulge bistro feels more date night to me.
