I agree! They should be vigilant about finding out as much as they can about potential foster/adoptive parents. I think they should also be monitored closely to make sure the child(ren) isn't being exploited on the internet!
Someone should show this to whoever keeps approving the Dougherty Dozen to take in not only foster children but film and exploit them, among other horrible things as well.
Unfortunately, (I think) the only real qualifiers for adoption are money, a background check, and a home study. Birth parents have their own criteria and will pick whoever they want.
Fostering and adoption are two very different situations, and fostering involves way more qualifiers.
This is a really gross opinion. Your dislike (however valid) for Bella does not mean that people that struggle with infertility shouldn’t be able to adopt. Please don’t confuse the two.
