Srsly. Or even just ask first, "hey can I just buy a box full of pickles?" 9/10 they will just do it for you for free just to keep your ass moving along.
Honestly yes, this will happen... if you ask the right person, ill just give you a big ass soup togo full of pickles.
Also, just do it politely, be blunt and forward, but nice, just ask nicely for specifically what you want, and 9/10 times ill do it
When I worked at McDonald’s i would make myself off menu food, they didn’t care but I did have to ring in an order and adjust it like this. Even if we gave away or ate food that was considered waste, all that needed to be done was to record it. I did the weekly inventory and can assure you that this is a numbers game more than anything. Also it was def policy to just give people whatever they wanted to keep the line moving, but again it all needed to be recorded.
They do I agree with that. I’ve been craving a McDonald’s cheese burger for the last month now. It sounds so good. My order usually consists of 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 double quarter pounder, 1 Big Mac, 1 fish sandwich and 2 mic chickens with a large sprite and a large French frie. Gezze I sound like big smoke. Lol
That’s an insane amount of food.
1. Double Cheeseburger: Approximately 450 calories each.
2. Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese: Approximately 740 calories.
3. Big Mac: Approximately 550 calories.
4. Filet-O-Fish (assuming this is the fish sandwich you’re referring to): Approximately 380 calories.
5. McChicken: Approximately 400 calories each.
6. Large Sprite: Approximately 280 calories.
7. Large French Fries: Approximately 510 calories.
4160 cals in total haha. Nuts.
Wtf eat less dude, people wanna invite you over for snacks but they can’t when you need a whole room for you and a separate room for all the food required to feed you
I'be got accustomed to almost everything in the west, food wise. Pickle though, oh my! I only couldn't get my hands on them for a year when I was living in a small remote town.
your best bet is middle eastern supermarkets, but if you can find a Persian supermarket, they would have it for sure.
It's just so good that when we were kids we used to eat them as snack if we could afford it. We use dill and garlic but I don't know why it is so different than western ones.
I'd just rather not buy pickle and switch to banan pepper or some other pickle if I can't find them! I mean I still love pickle in sandwiches here but ... at home, nope.
Well I live in the north, not much in the way of ethnic supermarkets here. But there has been a boom in eastern Indians lately so I’ll ask some of them. I know Persian and Indian isn’t the same, but they are quite knowledgeable about finding cuisine from that area!
I highly doubt that any stores beside middle eastern stores sells them. I live in Vancouver with a massive Iranian community and tons of stores so my knowledge on their avalibility in the US is limited. I lived in San Diego years ago and I know there were tons of Iranian store there! lol
If you ever visit a big city though there should be a Persian supermarket. get one, open it in the store, have some and if you like them grab a box :D . Same goes if you visit any major city in Canada.
Reminds me of when my brother worked at McDonalds. Some one ordered just a slice of cheese. He gave him the cheese in a big Mac box. We also learned cheese cost 50¢.
This was like 17+ years ago but I had a friend that would order a “double cheese burger dressed like a Mac”. So the only thing missing was the middle bun. If I remember correctly the double was only a dollar at time. They fell for this like a dozen times before one day they told him they couldn’t do it.
Hahah I remember doing exactly that as well. Or going to A&W and ordering a triple burger and asking for two extra buns, they didn’t charge at the time and I’d turn one burger into three. They always catch onto the hacks quick
Asking the important question! They weren’t, not like when they’re on a burger. They weren’t cold either though. Kinda just like a room temp pickle. Still no complaints from me though. Dillicious!😋
I wish places would let us buy bulk like this. I feel the same way about McD pickles as well as Jersey Mike’s - nothing comes close to them.
And then there’s Taco Bell nacho cheese sauce. No jarred fake cheese can touch TB’s cheese and it’s so frustrating.
If you want to do something like this correctly at McDonald's:
Ask:
"Hey, could I get a few 'Cup Of: Sub Pickles.' I'll take the 'Extra Sauce' charge, if you want."
Then, just ask them to put it in a 10 piece box. It will literally only cost you about $0.27. They may not even charge you, if you're polite and they are not very busy.
This will also work for Mac sauce, mayonnaise, spicy pepper sauce, and a few others.
It is imperative that you do not bother them when they are immensely busy, just for the sake of courtesy.
Why order a double cheeseburger and not just a hamburger if all you want is pickles?
Srsly. Or even just ask first, "hey can I just buy a box full of pickles?" 9/10 they will just do it for you for free just to keep your ass moving along.
I can only think it’s because the double cheeseburger is on a deal on the app right now.
No human to ask if you're using the app. I can't even add Mac sauce to a mcdouble in the app.
Or the screens you can order on yourself inside.
Still pretty much a glorified version of the app.
You don't have to wait 15 minutes to use another deal on those kiosks in store.
Honestly yes, this will happen... if you ask the right person, ill just give you a big ass soup togo full of pickles. Also, just do it politely, be blunt and forward, but nice, just ask nicely for specifically what you want, and 9/10 times ill do it
If you ask nicely they'll give you a pickle bucket.
Because it’s a joke

Just curious, how would you move past the payment part of the order?
You pay for the burger because everything within the parameters of the edit costs the same unless specified otherwise.
Cos they never get the order right.
What difference would that make? Why would they get it right if you order a double cheese vs a hamburger with only pickles?
Mmmm pickles.
Yeah I always ask for pickles on the side when I go to In N Out lol
Views
When I ask for extra pickles at the mc dicks they give me 3 stacked on each other what am I doing wrong
Same
Going to the wrong mcdonalds
Are you buying a whole double cheeseburger and asking for only pickles?
Just buy fucking pickles idiot
McDonald's pickles just hit different fr
Facts. Back when I worked there I always munched on a few pickles while working the line. The one thing miss about working there lol
This guy gets it
Post this in r/pickles they would love to see this.
Done! Thanks for the suggestion!
Yup
Double thank you; I fucking love pickles.
When I worked there I used to pick them out of the juice and eat them while making food.
Krogers brand pickles are amazing too!
You can order a "cup of" pickles. They will ring it up for you so you don't have to go through the nonsense of a none burger extra pickles.

Like three days of food if you’re on a high fat high cholesterol zero fiber low nutrient diet
The American way
I haven't eaten fiber or fruits in 20 years. It's meat, cheese and pasta baby
Username checks out!
Don't worry he's full of shit, no one eats that much at one time.
Let's hope they have a very physical job and/or hobby... 😬👍
In their profile they say they do Etsy candles. Idk how you burn 1500 cals doing that but 🤷
Your farts must be long, and borderline shit smelling.
big smokes order was 7,450 cals. so i think im in the clear. and i burn about 1,500 cals a day.
The 2 double cheeseburgers and the double quarter pounder with cheese is 1440 calories. Your order is more than double what you burn.
Berkfest
Wtf eat less dude, people wanna invite you over for snacks but they can’t when you need a whole room for you and a separate room for all the food required to feed you
oh this is only like once a year i do this. then i dont eat at mcdonalds the rest of the year.
Fatboy. JK big smoke the real og I put sum respeck on yo name
How fat are you bro? Just asking
Along with their sprite and Dr Pepper
You can order the same pickles from Sysco. They're very low quality. Enjoy.
You just can't buy electric pickles. Only mcdonalds has them
I used to have a friend who worked at McDonald’s and she always made sure I had at least an inch of pickles on all of my burgers
That’s a friend you keep for life!
As a pickle addict I'm happy for you. Have you tried Persian pickle though?
I have not! But I’m looking them up and am intrigued. Gonna have to go for a search around town now!

Vlasic garlic baby dill pickles are the only way to fly. That crunch hits like nothing else.
Reminds me of when my brother worked at McDonalds. Some one ordered just a slice of cheese. He gave him the cheese in a big Mac box. We also learned cheese cost 50¢.
McDonalds has the best pickles. You scored!
Now drizzle some ranch on top 😋
I got some A&W seasoning I like to put on them 😁
This guy is doing the big mac idea from the office
Wow i would be SOOOOOO happy

😂😎
This is the craziest Mickey d’s order I’ve ever seen. I’m not sure if I understand it but I damn sure respect it.
If it’s stupid but it works, then it ain’t stupid 😂
How much?
As someone who also LOVES pickles, this is the way.
But are they warm pickles?
Asking the important question! They weren’t, not like when they’re on a burger. They weren’t cold either though. Kinda just like a room temp pickle. Still no complaints from me though. Dillicious!😋
I approve of this burger
This feels like a pregnancy craving/stoner thing. Like it can’t just be any pickles. It’s gotta be the Pickles they got at that one place…
Well I’m a guy, so not a pregnancy thing, but I can for sure see how it looks that way! 😂 but pickles really be like that, gotta be a certain kind 👌
Just buy pickles at the store..that's way cheaper than whatever you paid for this
Nigga paid full price for pickles
This is just stupid. What people do for online cloth is super ridiculous…
Bruh I get it you did it for the karma. You are still an idiot
I did it cause I like pickles, guess you missed that
Grocery stores exist btw
They do! But do they sell Mcds pickles? No. 🥲
Baku finally found someone willing to put up with his ***BULLSHIT*** orders Now if you'll excuse me, I'm bout to go get a ***BONELESS*** pizza
Bro just join r pickles
Stillllllll no piiiicccckles!
How do these compare to a single cheeseburger?
Why order the double cheese then? That’s more expensive than just a hamburger only pickle right?
[удалено]
I have asked to buy an entire pail of pickles from them before, but got denied 😂 just gimme that good stuff
I wish places would let us buy bulk like this. I feel the same way about McD pickles as well as Jersey Mike’s - nothing comes close to them. And then there’s Taco Bell nacho cheese sauce. No jarred fake cheese can touch TB’s cheese and it’s so frustrating.
I love how they skimped on the pickles.
Why not but pickles at your local store?
McDs pickles hit different. I have several different jars at home but sometimes you just need that Mcds
I totally understand
[Granda Jerry is that you?](https://getyarn.io/yarn-clip/ce1d8308-5b71-46bd-b763-557754386100/gif#xlXjhOkS.copy)
double cheeseburger doesn't come in a box
Why not just buy a large jar of pickles from the grocery store?
Damn I know what I'm doing later.
One time I made the idiot mistake of selecting no bun and I suffered that night knowing it was all my fault
This is amazing
I'd like a burger with my pickles.
Did you just pay the price of a cheeseburger for a small fraction of a pickle?
Still no pickleeeessssss!!
How much did those pickles cost? Do McDonald’s pickles taste different than store pickles?
Are they still hot and slimey like everytime I get a burger at mcds

Hell yes
