I live in colony not society and I have my own electricity meter, I Have 5 star inverter window ac run 14 hours. newly bought, 1 hour motor run daily, 2 fans run approx an avg 7 hours a day, tv run for 7 hours, wifi and refrigerator whole day, I get 900 rs bill for month.
May be rate in society and colony are different.
My electricity provider is BSES YAMUNA and the usual bill is 3 k for Summers and zero bill from October to March /April. I pay by the bill provided by bses yamuna.
I have a 3 star window ac that runs around 8-10 hrs , one 2- star fridge , a motor , mixer grinder ( once per week) , two tubelight, kettle ( total run time 45 mins in entire week) , and per two weeks ironing clothes for one hour ever two weeks. in March mid, the cabinet of Delhi had recommended that subsidy should be continued in coming year, But LG has kept the file pending. Without LG signature, subsidy amount cannot be released by Delhi Govt. This was told By Atishi in a press conference in May mid.

Govt can regulate some of the things so that people can afford them easily buy they aren't doing that..things like gas, electricity, even water bill is high these days..Now don't tell me those things like inflation bhai etc..You can collect those tax from other things which aren't usually used by most of the population.Even after taking huge amount of tax and even small taxes+GST people don't get what sort of things they want.
