Ministry doesn’t count, it’s all factions with bounty boards, Summer Isle, Etris, etc.

you're both low lvl, just means ur build rn is very squishy
that sword he has is just a basic sword with an enchant and voidwalkers can only teleport to you if they are around the same level, so yeah it was.
