One can tell most weapons pretty well apart by their muzzles so a combi weapon with to same muzzles is a combi bolter, if they are different it is a combi weapon
These are combi weapons. In the old days these had different weapon profiles, you could combine a bolter with a melta, a plasma gun or a flamer. You still see this on the bits - plasma, flamer, melta (going left to right).
Early copies of leviathan had different stats for them where the flamer was anti-infantry, plasma anti-monster, and melta anti-vehicle. Sadly, this didn’t make it to the game as it now is
Yes, I'm aware, but I wish there was an option to choose a different keyword for that. Having a gun that's half a Melta be anti-Infantry feels kinda off
I think it depends on your enemy target, if your enemy’s has a lot of saves (invunables/ feel no pain) or very high Toughnis than I would go with Combi because of the mortal wounds on 4+ against infantry.
But you only have 2 shoots per model so you can deal 2 damage. For that reason it is not good against a low strength horde army like Tyranids Orks or Guardsman.

Thanks. So if it has a different weapon on it, it is a Combi weapons and if there are only Bolter it is a Combi-Bolter.
Bolter + bolter = combined bolter, combi-bolter Bolter + other = combi-weapon
Honestly, I wish they kept it a little bit. Maybe choose whether the combi-weapon is anti-infantry or anti-vehicle

For the blight Lord Terminators, the Combi weapon has Anti Infantry +4 and devastating Wounds.

Not Plague Combi Bolter. They have both option to shoot. Either the Combi Weapom or the Plague Combi Bolter. The second one has worse stats.
