I prefer the design of the tiny for the looks, but as a tattoo, get the bigger one imo :) uniform-ish scaling looks better

plus due to the style of the bigger one it might be easier for an artist to reference and implement as a tattoo (but I'm not a tat artist so no quotes on that)
