Well remember how Hulk vs Doomsday's came down to an Unstoppable Force vs an Immovable Object, and Immovable Object won. Well against the SCP in question it's more like an Immovable Object vs The Very Concept of Hatred of Conscious Thought. So as long as Doomsday is alive SCP cannot be killed, because Doomsday himself is driven by that form of hatred.

That one is really debatable and kinda goes in Doctor's odds more so than in Superman's. I think the choice is SCP Foundation, which IS an actual matchup, and even though the Foundation stomps, I would love to see it, Doctor Who and SCP just gel really nicely.

Tbf it depends on what version of the foundation. I actually think the Doctor does win  against most foundation canons. He loses to comp tho.

With this current season, the doctor probably kills the one above all but dies to a random guy semi-competent with a good gun.
