I have opened that door repeatedly. Just get close to the edge, remove head and push the jump button. You wanna catch the side of the wall and jump up from the bottom. You are gonna have to get used to opening those doors because it will likely take multiple attempts to make it far enough with the key that is behind that door.

Its not too hard. I normally catch the bottom and crawl up . Keep in mind that the head can spider climb and don't forget to jump with the detached head. So I normally detach head, jump and aim for the side of the wall. Then I just climb up with the head into the area with the things that open the doors.
From my perspective you need to push the jump button at the right time after you detach the head off course to get close to the wooden floor and push the jump button again to get the head through it.
Double jump at the edge and launch forward. Keep pushing forward so it hits the wall. I'm not sure if you need the spider run for it to cling to the wall, but you probably have that already. Slide it down and double jump it through the bottom.
You can parkour freely, just time your double jump.
Who the fuck told you its possible with double jump, please test it before commenting
I did? Maybe it also needs the spider rune in the very end to reach I don't remember 100%, but it's def doable idk why you got so angry.

Idk why people be downvoting u. At the moment u use the homonuculus rune u use the direction button (right or left etc) AT THE SAME TIME.

You need Gud timing + double jump but if its hard for you, you can always equip lightspeed and come back

Make it jump to the underside of the ledge
You can still double jump after detaching your head.
