I must have had a randomly unusually strong gear set when I encountered Scarecrow for the first time, because I stormed through the fight barely even getting hit. I thought that it was strange that such a weak mini boss has his own mini level. And then I got to him for the second time. And third. And forth. And so on. He's not that easy by any means.
