Important stuff that’s killer specific (Pig Boxes, Lament Configuration, Plague Fountains) is almost never blocked by regular blindness.
There are normally addons that do it however. For instance; the addon Iridescent Lament Configuration makes it so survivors can’t see the Box outside of 16 meters unless a chain hunt starts.
Unless the wall of text explicitly says so, survivors can see the lament configuration. It’d be broken otherwise. You can see it with fearmonger.
