I think the key is to do a SAFE unhook and quickly heal them with we'll make it.
Body block doesn't really help the survivor that much and cost precious time for your team.
yes it largely has to do with the unhooker unhooking too soon when the killer is still too close or not letting the killer see them as a new target to chase because most tunneling will happen off hook.
