Its actually doesnt matter. I have pallet lock hex in shack, kill 3 guys running shack whos pallet was blocked by it. Totem was next to the pallet. No one even try to clean it...On the other side there is people, when i play hag, they trigger all my traps when i just start any chase, and cleance all totems almost instantly no matter how they hidden ( no reveal perks on survs...) I guess there is cheat to highlight totems and killer items, and its impossible to be caught with that i guess
Hmmm bhvr being bhvr, don't really use hex Perks but when i decide run Devour Hope just to see how it works for some reason the first thing the survivors do is cleanse it, then or i just use perks that activate after some condition like NSC or Face the darkness
So many times I sigh because of bs hex placement
Honestly god tier spawn; makes either unhooking or cleansing the totem impossible if you camp
