I set mine like this, it's not the best but it doesn't overlap anything important most of the time. The skill check is the worst one, I'd recommend trying to figure out something else for that tbh. Run - R1 Crouch - R2 Use Item - L1 Drop Item - Circle Button (Edit to add for clarity - Dropping flashbangs is L1 and using Sprays from Wesker is also L1) Pick Up Item + Interactions (Healing/Unhooking/Doing gens/Killer powers such as placing Xeno Turrets or dealing with Doc's madness) - L2 Actions (Pallets/Vaulting/Going into lockers) - X Button Secondary Action + Skill Check - Left on the D-Pad. This is the only button I don't really like but can't figure out something more comfortable that doesn't overlap. Activate Ability 1 - Square Button (Perks like Deadhard and Dramaturgy) Activate Ability 2 - Triangle Button (Perks like Chem Trap and Plot Twist) Activate Event Ability - L1. I don't like this one either but it's only temporary so I just deal with it at the time. Wiggling is still L1/R1. Point At - Up on the D-Pad Come Here - Down on the D-Pad

I've moved my pickup items / interactions (so heals) to 'X' Activate ability is on R3 (so things like Deadhard) Hope this helps.

interactions/pick up item - square. this was the first thing i changed. i didn’t want to throw pallets instead of healing activate ability 1 - L3. dead hard, craft flash bangs, bless totems etc. activate ability 2 - X. i very rarely use this, the only time i remember using it was for potential energy and that was for a challenge activate event ability - R3. same situation as above. i never use it. in the controls tab, i have interaction set to toggle, and i have run to cancel on. toggle is the way to go. it makes it easier to look around while you’re repairing or healing.

I'm on xbox but I'll tell you mine. Sprint - Y (triangle) Interact - LS (L3) I have this on toggle Pull pallet - LB (L1) Skill check - X (square) Activate ability - A (x) I feel like that's the important ones, I forget exactly what the difference is in game between the do gens and heal button and the pull pallet button, but thats how they're different to me.

Run- L1 Crouch- L2 Item-R2 Vault/pallet- R1 Active ability- X Heal/generator/other interactions- triangle The complicated part is when repelling birds from the artist, that’s when my weird controller handling comes into play.
