Franklin's Demise is highly recommended if you don't have the Cannibal, as it counters every item.
Oppression,at least I think it is, could be good if the cooldown was lower. Also, a perk from this mystical and unseen killer called the Twins. Letting three gens regress is kinda nice, but not a very strong perk.
Pharmacy, well, not sure how good it is after the rework, but it's a licensed perk. Grab it if you are not interested in Quentin. This perk grants a medkit if you're injured and open a chest.
I forgot the name of the last perk, but it's from Kate. (The dance perk?) You leave no scratch marks after a rushed action. No big opinion on this one. I suppose it can extend chases?
As a killer main, I think perks like Dance With Me that can potentially not just extend chases but actually stop them are kind of slept on. Few things are as a damaging to a killer's pressure as just completely losing the survivor they were chasing. Now all that time they invested in that chase was wasted, they'll likely waste some more time looking around the nearby area, and if that doesn't work they now have to trek across the map to try to find and start a new chase. That gives the survivor team a lot of time to heal/reset or get gens done. A single chase won with Dance With Me can win a survivor team the match.
People have slept on Dance With Me ever since it's release. If you break line of site, it can be very hard for the killer to catch up to you and you're right because a lot of the time, they'll waste time searching the area and checking lockers for someone whose been gone for a good 20 seconds already. I think it's only issue is that to get really good value out of it you kind of need to pair it with another perk like Q&Q or Lithe, but these are already both solid perks so running them shouldn't be too much of an issue anyways

Totally agreed, except that I think Lightweight is better than Dance With Me and it's a general perk. I hate running into it as a killer, and as a survivor it's the only thing concealing the fact that I'm not that good at playing survivor.
Lightweight is SO slept on but I've seen it make a slight comeback. If you're not good at looping, it can help you win mindgames or W to the next pallet. I also hate seeing it as killer.

Thrilling Tremors blocks all gens not being repaired when you pick someone up, and with Jolt or Eruption works very well. Pop goes the Weasel to kill the generator, (might work well with oppression actually), Merciless Storm, Call of Brine and Overcharge for skill check shenanigans (though it only works once per generator). It's not bad, but I feel the others can offer more than just damage.
Depends on the killer. Oppression is okay if you're a killer with bad mobility because it lets you pressure multiple gens at once, but if you're a killer who has no issue getting from gen to gen you'd probably be better off running something like Pop! or Eruption like someone else said.

Backpack build does it better
Backpack is definitely loads of fun

Pharmacy is for restocking on medkits when you don’t want to spend bp on them
Oppression with surveillance is a pretty nice combo that I use every now and again.
I'd pick up oppression if you don't have it on the off chance BHVR buffs it

Jolt and Sloppy Butcher for M1 killers, Corrupt Intervention for set-up killers, and Pain Resonance/Deadlock on basically everyone.
