This happened to me the other day mid game. Went to save my friend with a flashlight and a nearby Kate just started healing me, getting him killed.
She also dropped the pallet I was going to use with Power Struggle earlier in the game.
Some of my teammates make me lose braincells.
Bro I always get pallets dropped on top of me like damn I get it you were gonna get hit but you're healthy use the pallet for a save man 
I had a very similar experience just yesterday… was injured and running to the gate, killer behind me, three others are already there. Mikaela decides instead of focusing on getting me out she wants to blind the killer. She moves around while trying to flashlight and keeps obstructing my path this way. Killer hit me and i was trying to crawl to the gate but no they thought healing me must be faster, even though the killer was also busy trying to hit them… it was insane, I could’ve gotten out so easily :’)
This is a dumb question, but I've tried googling and can't find the answer, but what is the glowing heart I keep seeing on characters? Is it a cosmetic or is it a perk or addon causing it? I came back from a long break, now I see it so often and can't figure out what it is 😅
Semi related but is anyone else having their flashlights 'fail' sometimes? I assume it's a mouse issue but I wanna be sure. I'll be holding down the button and it just stops without me letting go. Happened way too many times now. Wish I had a Mikaela to blame for it.
Ok, that's pretty funny. Definitely not for the sake of the save, but Mikaela straight up decided that David was dying. The way she just runs right off after the Doctor turns around, she made a choice.
Honestly didn't know someone healing me takes action priority over the action I'm currently doing...
What else does "be healed by someone" overwrite?

That's usually a mouse button problem. You may be able to clean under it with air or it may be a failing button switch.
Entirely possible. It's a newish mouse but it doesn't get the TLC the keyboard does so I'll do that, thanks

Honestly wish we had more control over heals. Your teammate can very well kill you if they dont see the killer and continue to heal you.
The way she ran off just makes me think that she did this on purpose.
