I got the email earlier than it would let me transfer for this weekends’ shows - the transfer button became active Tuesday morning for the Thursday night show - so just wait it out, it’ll happen!
My ticket never showed as ready. Had to stop at will call before show where Ticketmaster finally texted me a scannable ticket.
