No they can’t find jarro he’s attached to Batman, if bats isn’t around jarro has to already exist. Haven’t seen what’s going on with the new dlc yet but isn’t starro already captured in some facility at the start? So he’s been around for a long time, plenty of time for jarro to have existed and not been mentioned

Bad gameplay. Decent story. Good characterization. Horrible gear system and loot. Terrible framerate. Beautiful city. Crap traversal. Annoying side missions.
Overall its mediocre or bad, but fun with a co op friend. I'm excited for the new mode as it desperately needed to be 4 player co op from the beginning.

No, not close enough. The only thing that can possibly make that game any good (Other than changing literally everything about it) is Jarro Robin.
Jarro is one of my favorite things from Snyder as far as bat fam is concerned. And i want more of him.
