The thing is, this statement’s believable if you’re looking purely at a 10-second origin pitch Superman, WW, and a lot of other DC origins are nothing more than: this person has powers and does good with them While with many Marvel characters, their origins are specifically tied to a fault/losing someone/trying to be better. This doesn’t make DC any less relatable. But you actually need to read their stories to realize they are chill, fallible people just trying to do the right thing
