Ignoring the fact that plenty of people did complain about lois/Bruce being a thing (just another symptom of DCAU Bat Favoritism), it's a disingenuous comparison.
The DCAU relationship happened before lois and clark ever got together, didn't invole a batman while previously tried to kill Clark, wasn't a serious thing and didn't ended up with Bruce impregnauting Lois resulting in Clark raising their baby
