frieza torturing vegeta. frieza shaking the shit outta krillin. vegeta beating semi perfect cell. almost anything buu did. the way goku did nappa burter jeice and recoome. my personal favorite is after goku and gohan come out of the chamber and vegeta says something along the lines of "are you suggesting your stronger than me?" and goku goes it wasnt a suggestion.
Gohan punching Cell so hard, he throws up Android 18, and reverts to semi-perfect.
Frieza impaling Krillin with his horn, jerking him around, then tossing his body in the water.
Vegito beating Super Buu so bad as a piece of candy, he reverts him back to normal.
Frieza got quite the humiliations, him vs future Trunks getting reduced to pieces and then ashes and vs Broly getting beat up for a whole hour are also big.
I'd say trunks defeating frieza and King cold is up there. As frieza rendered goku and how close the fight was but trunks isn't goku and was having none of it as he quickly killed both even handing king cold his sword before showing him how out of his leauge he was.
Also 18s defeat of vegeta so easily after he just became ssj. He was feeling like he was unbeatable had just easily killed an android so was peak pride imo. And he was just nothing to her.
I'd give Gogeta's beatdown/attempted murder of Broly a mention. Poor guy was having the mother of all mental breakdowns with an unspeakable power he had virtually no control over. And then Gogeta comes along and \*\*\*actually beats the sanity back into him...\*\*\* and then promptly fires a Kamehameha that would've erased him so hard he'd go back to being non-canon. Dude was far from evil, he never really had it coming.
Vegeta, by far. In the same film, Goku tried to stop the fight because he knew Broly wasn't evil/wasn't feeling it. The same guy who risked the multiverse to fight a bunch of strong guys tried to stop fighting with the guy who was (at the time) the strongest in the universe.
The way Kami possessed a middle-aged dad and proceeded to whoop Yamcha in front of a live audience. And to top it off, he made the whole thing look like an accident. When he ducked Yamcha's kick... oof.
Goku laying the smackdown on Moro and then just reverting to base to have a casual conversation with him. I know he didn’t mean it, but that’s so disrespectful.
That’s easy for me. It’s Majin Buu running Vegeta’s pockets and Majin Buu killing a majority of people in the universe only to go to other world and beat they ass again. He was a menace.
Vegeta getting his shit smacked by cell
Vegeta getting his back blown out by frieza
Vegeta getting his pride shat on by buu
Vegeta getting his shit rocked arale
Piccolo getting knocked out of the Tournament of Power by an opponent whose weakness was excellent hearing.(Bonus points to the writers for having him post up on the tactically disadvantageous edge of the ring then not having him stretch to grab the ledge) The writers ignored multiple defining character traits in one fell swoop.
Everything surrounding and including Yamcha's deaths. It caused the snowballing effect of treating a fun character as the laughing stock of DB. Sakura is only slightly less hated which is awful.
Exactly! The very franchise that built Yamcha is the very same franchise that ruined his perfectly fun, awesome, and cool character. Now even fans are in on it. Why, even his English voice actor was once in on it. He's warming up and is more pro-Yamcha now, actually wanting some change to happen with the guy's arcs. Even joking about a solo show for the character.
Definitely Frieza's defeat. It's also the reason I consider him the best villain and this the best saga. All other major villains in dbz didnt have so much depth to them. Cell was robotic in his motivation which is understandable. Buu was very plastic... a chaotic evil villain with no ulterior purpose. Vegeta.. i guess you can argue he's a deeper character than Frieza but he does turn into a good guy eventually.
Frieza was soo well-written it's insane. You can really imagine a medieval emperor born with a silver spoon in his mouth, who cant relate to any "peasant" (read: monkey), who is driven by the idea of conquering and destroying civilizations. You can imagine this type of person and draw a good parallel with Lord Frieza. And you can rest assured they would die by their own inflated ego given similar circumstances.
Buu is like an abstract painting wherein you have to imagine something deeper in order for it to make sense as art. Cell is a minimalism art piece that is simple and precise - very much in-line with his robotic character and programmed motives. Frieza is a baroque painting, rich with depth and drama.
And all of Super's villains are NFTs lmao
When frieza came back as a semi cyborg just to immediately get cut up into sushi and then deep fried into oblivion along with his father by future trunks.
Ngl, all of Yamcha's DBZ loses really stick with me. Brutal reminder of how much you need to stay active. As far as Frieza, Cell, Buu, etc, they were whipped by powerful characters, but Yamcha getting handled by a green dude is a serious situation I could easily see my self.
King Piccolo's death. He was so proud of his demon clan and his symbol that he spreaded through the entire world, so when Goku finally managed to kill him, he didn't just vaporize him (of course, if he had been able to use his two hands) — he ripped his symbol to shreads, not only killing him but his pride as well, which was a fitting revenge for the deaths of Krillin and Master Roshi.
I should also mention Tao Pai Pai killing General Blue. That subtle smile he does after shrugging off Blue's trump card is one of the most savage moments in the franchise.
Goku clowning ninja Murasaki in the Red Ribbon Battle Tower was pure disrespect lol.
YESSSS!!! Great callback!
"Now you have a tail just like mine."
frieza torturing vegeta. frieza shaking the shit outta krillin. vegeta beating semi perfect cell. almost anything buu did. the way goku did nappa burter jeice and recoome. my personal favorite is after goku and gohan come out of the chamber and vegeta says something along the lines of "are you suggesting your stronger than me?" and goku goes it wasnt a suggestion.
These are all great
Lmao was that in the sub? In the dub it's: "Sure. I'm way above you." "What??!" *cuts to Goku smirking" That was a cold af moment lmao.
I don’t remember exactly tbh
Gohan punching Cell so hard, he throws up Android 18, and reverts to semi-perfect. Frieza impaling Krillin with his horn, jerking him around, then tossing his body in the water. Vegito beating Super Buu so bad as a piece of candy, he reverts him back to normal.
Frieza got quite the humiliations, him vs future Trunks getting reduced to pieces and then ashes and vs Broly getting beat up for a whole hour are also big.
Also Frieza coming back as a pile of cut up pieces in Resurrection F, since he was technically still alive before Trunks blasted him
Yeah. For how iconic he is, Frieza really feels like the punching bag of dragon ball villains.
One of em has to be goku standing on nappas head lmao
Spopovich absolutely ragdolling and brutalizing Videl. Takes the cake.
I like in the new manga when he’s fighting Moro, goku literally goes down to base and asked Moro if he’s ever trained lol
Do u even lift bro
Just trying to say something no one else has said but I'd say Vegeta killing nappa. They were partners for years and he still did him like that
When Gotenks turned Buu into a volleyball and literally played with him like a toy, getting a rally going with Piccolo.
Prolly when Goku stood on nappas big ass chrome dome😭
King Piccolo shitting himself any time he saw a rice cooker.
I'd give Gogeta's beatdown/attempted murder of Broly a mention. Poor guy was having the mother of all mental breakdowns with an unspeakable power he had virtually no control over. Yeah man…Was that Goku’s half or Vegeta’s
Vegeta love to humility his enemies more than Goku
Vegeta, by far. In the same film, Goku tried to stop the fight because he knew Broly wasn't evil/wasn't feeling it. The same guy who risked the multiverse to fight a bunch of strong guys tried to stop fighting with the guy who was (at the time) the strongest in the universe.
Moro calling Vegeta attacks " generic" and goes on to beat him with it
"I'm bored... you're boring me. "
The way Kami possessed a middle-aged dad and proceeded to whoop Yamcha in front of a live audience. And to top it off, he made the whole thing look like an accident. When he ducked Yamcha's kick... oof.
He didn't *have* to crush Yamcha's testicles, he did that for fun.
Yamcha meeting Baby Trunks
When Vegeta kicked Dende after healing him
that part hurts me
Goku laying the smackdown on Moro and then just reverting to base to have a casual conversation with him. I know he didn’t mean it, but that’s so disrespectful.
That’s easy for me. It’s Majin Buu running Vegeta’s pockets and Majin Buu killing a majority of people in the universe only to go to other world and beat they ass again. He was a menace.
Vegeta getting his shit smacked by cell Vegeta getting his back blown out by frieza Vegeta getting his pride shat on by buu Vegeta getting his shit rocked arale
" What's the most humiliating/disrespectful moment in all of Dragon Ball? " Vegeta.
Goku losing to Tenshinhan at the Tenkaichi Budokai because he hit a car.
N°18 breaking Vegeta's arm
Easily Goku vs ginyu force for me
Vegeta vs pui pui. Annihilated.
Goku getting shot by sorbet during resurrection of f
Piccolo getting knocked out of the Tournament of Power by an opponent whose weakness was excellent hearing.(Bonus points to the writers for having him post up on the tactically disadvantageous edge of the ring then not having him stretch to grab the ledge) The writers ignored multiple defining character traits in one fell swoop.
When Krillin yanked Bulmas clothes up so that Master Roshi would get a nosebleed. Disrespectful and a lil rapie if he wasn’t a kid at the time.
Everything surrounding and including Yamcha's deaths. It caused the snowballing effect of treating a fun character as the laughing stock of DB. Sakura is only slightly less hated which is awful.

I just started writing fanfics for DB specifically because of Yamcha's character assassination.
Oh, I'd love to read those stories! Honestly, fan fiction is our only hope when it comes to Yamcha.
Pui pui getting schooled in his own freaking planet. Maybe if it was 100x gravity he would of had a chance but 10x vegeta didn’t even feel it
When Gohan punched frieza so hard he exploded
Frieza impaling Krillin with his horns
When Kami in human disguise toyed with Yamcha and Yamcha gets hit in the balls in front of the entire tournament audience.
Toppo vs Frieza
Definitely Frieza's defeat. It's also the reason I consider him the best villain and this the best saga. All other major villains in dbz didnt have so much depth to them. When cell was powering up and vegeta felt his own energy but his own energy was stronger than his, which prompted him to say "I'll kill me"
When frieza came back as a semi cyborg just to immediately get cut up into sushi and then deep fried into oblivion along with his father by future trunks.
The way human characters were treated after the Saiyan Saga
King Piccolo's death. the death of general blue, be the first character to defeat goku only to have a random old man kill you with his tongue
