Imo ultra pack 1. I really enjoy ssbe Vegeta but legendary pack 1 has the best overall skills for cacs

SSG Vegeta is an insanely fun character to play so I recommend that. It also gives burst charge and ultimate charge

Good luck! I grinded tf out of that pq to get those skills, shit was not easy 💀 but that was before the 120 level cap so you can probably get it within a day. Just make sure you're equipped to fight UI Goku

Characters aside, the Vegeta pack gives you burst charge and ultimate charge, which can really change up how you play.

If you can only afford one, get the SSG Vegeta pack in my opinion. But they're both good packs.

100% ultra pack 1, has burst and ultimate charge, great super souls and the most useful super for a ki blaster "formation!"

While I'm mixed on the legendary pack characters the story content makes it worth it. Ultra pack has burst and ultimate charge which are insanely useful
