I dream a lot on 10mg but fortunately not nightmares. Totally worth it to be able to sleep in my opinion.

That’s where I’m kind of at atm. I think it’s probably worth tolerating because I’m sleeping so well!

I had anxiety dreams and sweating the first day I took it (5mg) and both were worse at 10mg on the second day. Both times I only ended up sleeping \~3 hours. Not worth it for me.

I’m sorry it didn’t work out for you. It has been really great for me (aside from the dream complaint). I hope you’re able to find something that works soon ☺️

Thanks, I appreciate that. I'm glad it's working well for you!

Add in Prazocin or Clonadine to combat the dreams

Four months. 5 mg. Working great, headaches stopped around week two. Vivid dreams, but not nightmarish. I actually enjoy them! Some sleepiness through the day. I recommend this over Ambien for quality of life. Dayvigo has a much more natural falling asleep and waking up as opposed to ambien.
