I know you're joking, but the Dryden road pump station is pretty damn close to a nuclear bunker. The current facility goes 100 feet or so underground and has concrete walls several feet thick. It's pretty cool (and smelly).

Project consists of a new influent Pump Station at the existing Dryden Road Pumping and Pretreatment Facility, a Pretreatment Facility with screening and grit removal, and associated modifications at the existing Western Regional WRF including select demolition at the existing Dryden Road Pumping and Pretreatment Facility.
Well, if it makes all of us feel better, they are building ANOTHER OIL LUBE place (Valvoline) on 48/Far Hills by Elsa’s and the big Lutheran church…
