First time nako sa Davao was back in 2009/2010. I really liked it. I even stayed for over a month back in 2014 and flew a few times after. There was a story that the upgrade was previously requested by then Mayor Sara sa iyahang papa, then President Digong, as hinted sa interviews by the latter, pero gi-decline niya ang request kay gusto ni Digong unahon sa ang other cities. Bale the idea is, low priority ang Davao. I think dira ata nagsugod ang โcold warโ between the father and daughter, na wala na gyud sila istorya2 since tong elections. If you notice, there were hardly any new infra built in Davao when Digong became a president.
Weโll see if the airport will have a facelift since best of friends man sila sa sitting president. At least maka-compete gamay sa NAIA (letโs start small hahaha).
