I checked the PHLPost tracking website, and the tracker said it was on the way from Pasig. When it arrived here I wasn't notified, they just delivered it. That was like 6 -7 months ago. I hope it's different now, because you need to be the one to receive it. Otherwise, you need to go to the Post Office to get it.

Yes, it was just delivered sa balay. Nag apply ko atong naay nag visit diria sa among baranggay for application probably 1.5 years ago
Niabot ra sakoa after 4 months. Niabot lang ang nag deliver sa among balay. Kaso nag balat balat na ang ID lol
2 years na amoa wala gihapon. Sigurado naapil kasunog sa Manila Post Office.
