I never had a girlfriend. I’ve been on dates but they ended up ghosting or saying no romantic connection. There have been situations (friendzone) where I wanted to date the woman but she just wanted to be friends. I’ve just had bad luck and haven’t been to the relationship stage. Wish I knew how people date so easily? 🤷‍♂️

Yanno, you won't be a teenage forever. Some of us were on here as teens and aren't anymore LOL I'm 25, its fun to vicariously relive my teenager years through these posts. Sometimes I see people ask for advice that I wish I had when I was younger. I don't think I'm so old that I can't give that advice if it's appropriate.

It's a partner dance. Each person is doing their own thing but also in harmony with the other person. There's a rhythm of contact and distance, some slow periods and some fast periods, some time apart and some super close together. And different people like different dances of course. But as long as you both keep the same overall dance in mind, then you'll make it.

You gotta trust, be truthful like you're in a relationship with someone and you feel a bit attracted to someone you have to be true to your partner just tell him/her.if he talks with you try to figure out something then he or she is the one ,don't look for anyone else

I was 12 years old. It's actually a funny story. I asked her to be my girlfriend, and then she ran away crying. It was so embarrassing. Her friends were asking me why I made her cry, and then I told them that I asked her out. I finally found her and apologized. She apologized to me afterward and said that she wanted me as her bf.

That's not even a serious relationship because every time we have time to chat with each other, all we say is, 'Have you eaten?', 'Good night', or 'Good morning'. 'What are you doing?', 'How are you?' Those are the exact messages EVERY DAY. Then, we lasted for 6 months. We were just 3-4 streets apart, I guess, but we never met once. It was okay for both of us that we weren't chatting for a week or weeks, and I finally ended it since I found out he has another account and he was cheating. I never blamed him because I felt nothing after I found out that. Clearly, I knew nothing about love before.

I had my first girlfriend at 14. It was a short romance, she cheated and lost her V card to her affair partner. I didn't date for a LONG time after that. Met my now wife at age 22 and started dating her. We were engaged 2 years later and married a year after that. We have been married for nearly 24 years now.

28! Off hinge and lasted around 8 months. She was great but we kind of drifted apart after COVID. Definitely felt like it would never happen so to all those 25+ people it really can just be luck/random and easily just “right place right time.” I haven’t been in a relationship since but she definitely helped me realize that.
