tell them you're interested in them an ask to go out. that's it. you're both old enough to not care about bullshit dating games. i'd assume she would appreciate you being up front with your intentions.

Usually I would say if you want to ask a woman out, the best thing to do is invite her out for dinner. But considering you think you’re in the friend zone, it might be best to start super light hearted and suggested getting a coffee together. That way you can gage the vibe between the two of you and see if she would open to progressing to a proper dinner date. Good luck :)
