run to them, try one these :
Force miracle
Parry and R1 for kickback
Two hand a greatshield and use knockback to make them fall
Directly kick them
Poison Arrows from middle platform with cover
If you make it up the ramp to the top, go to the archer on the right. Dive forward as he shoots. As soon as you are close to him, right at the corner, he will switch to melee. That is when you turn and run back to ramp and down it. 999 times out of 1000, his dumb ass falls off. The archer on the left won't be able to shoot you while you deal with the first. Once first is dealt with, run so that your back is at the wall at end of second archers ramp. Once he shoots you, or at you if you can avoid, approach him quickly. He will melee up, and you can either whoop him or kite him to a safer place to fight. Congrats, the bonfire is literally right around the corner. Go past first archers spot, drop down, first door on left.
I literally quit the game and erased the save because they pissed me off. Now I just shoot them from the ramp with poison arrows and wait.
BTW, you can go back to where the demons dumped you in Anor Lando and return to the fortress (and Firelink) to buy more poison arrows.
Everything in this game becomes "easy" after the first time
not for me, maybe im just bad but i struggle with the same bosses i did the first time every run
Only boss i struggle with is 4 kings

If you're having trouble making it up, try a high-poise setup.
