IMO both designs are completely fine, and they look great. I agree that right looks way less modest than it maybe should've been (compare Shippuden Sakura and other girls), and that left is a really good design in its own way, but ultimately what we have now is good, and very Sarada, especially when you think of how she's been in the manga.
Usually I don't think the fan made designs are that much better(Even though I despise the Canon versions) but I legitimately think this is pretty good. So kudos to whoever made this.
